Why 1 Million Pigs A Week Could Have Been Euthanized Even During A Meat Shortage | Big Business

When COVID-19 outbreaks closed meat processing plants across the US, a meat shortage and unprecedented meat prices soon followed. With no plants taking animals, some farmers were forced to euthanize their herds. But what exactly caused this break in the supply chain and could the industry have avoided it? Business Insider visits a farm in Minnesota facing this devastating reality and another in California that was able to avoid it altogether.

  • Million Dollar Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play. HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED? Ruvol is played somewhat like chess. It is played by two players. It uses a board that is rectangular in shape but containing more number of squares than chess. It has equal number of pieces on each side of the board, where each type of piece moves in distinct ways. However, if the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is to be able to cross a designated line. But there’s one big advantage Ruvol has over chess: The Ruvol pieces are randomly placed at the start of “every game” which makes it impossible for any clever player to memorize the moves. A MILLION DOLLAR POTENTIAL IN RUVOL! The people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$3 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$2.4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale of Ruvol is US$24M. I AM LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR! For the reason that I don’t have the resources to publish Ruvol on a global scale, you might be interested to “FINANCE THE PUBLISHING” of my Ruvol on a profit-sharing arrangement. Or better yet, just “BUY MY COPYRIGHT” and Ruvol is entirely yours. If interested, email me at: rodolfovitangcol@gmail.com. Thanks and God bless! RODOLFO MARTIN VITANGCOL The Ruvol Inventor

  • Amazing Video. Bitcoin has faced a rather strong resistance after its explosion to the $11,100 highs. At the recent lows, the asset traded as low as $10,300 - around 8% ish below the local highs couple of weeks back. Despite this slight slip and the fact that BTC remains above $14,000, we should all remain bullish on Bitcoin. I think bitcoin could soon move higher to $20,000 in a couple of days. As a crypto trader the past few weeks has recorded immerse benefits all round,,, my only regret now is not knowing Mr taylor on time, his top notch signals remains the bedrock of the successes recorded in my personal trading portfolio. his trading technics helps me get my profit... i already made $100k with his. investing on cryptocurrencies is now the new source of income for everyone he continues to be an inspiration to all who have been fortunate to have made use of his signals....You all can reach out to him through morgantaylor587@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +1 409 299 3921

  • Speaking as a trucker that delivers to the distribution centers. Such as Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion and the rest. Before the stopped production. I would be taking a full load of beef to a Walmart or another one. Where we drop loaded trailers and pick up an empty one. What was happening was I would get there with a loaded trailer. Drop it. Then have to wait for their local driver to bring a empty trailer back from the landfill. They were not selling enough meat, so their distribution centers were not shipping it to the stores. So every full trailer they got of fresh beef, chicken or pork. They would take one to the dump. It wasn't spoiled meat, nothing wrong with it. They just didn't have any more room to store it. So, throw it away. Of a trailer full. Is 42,000 pounds of meat. Yeah, they threw it away, all over the country they were and are doing this daily.

  • Once again the leading crypto asset BITCOIN is currently trading up marginally at above $11,500 region as the BTC bulls now target $12,000 resistance level and they are still acting very strong by taking full control of the market. However with the strength possessed by the BTC bulls, it is wise we get involved in a day trading to grow a very strong portfolio with the little we hold at the moment. its been successful for me for over 2 years because i was smart enough to find a working strategy/daily signals which was provided by a pro trader known as Young, he has been a known signal provider in the crypto space today which has proven to be very accurate and yield great profits. Last month i was able to grow my 1.1btc to 6.8btc with Young daily signals which you would agree is a very good profit, however i would advice everyone out there to take great advantage to grow the little they hold now and trade with his signals so as to grow a very strong portfolio ahead, Young can be reach via Instagram via @you_ngli or email linyoun56g@gmail .com

  • For me Abbie, (and thanks for asking anyway), when there is no chicken or other meat there that I would buy at times, I would go without, so my opinion may not really matter. I like your question though! I am a person that enjoys eating meat and DO, as eating meat has become a staple and the norm in our society. Processed and deli meats are easy to buy / prepare and consume. Chicken meat is EVERYWHERE. I'm a lay person; a consumer. I buy chicken and chicken products ( we can't really avoid it ). It's on all our grocery shelves, in one way or another. But Abbie, when I'm at a grocery store, I'm not looking at such things like that. I'm looking at what I need more than what I want, and wonder if I have enough freezer space to store it. Working in retail, I'm guessing many people buy day to day, or week to week. I'm a single guy and have only one frig/freezer, so I look at other ways of keeping foods for longer periods of time. I guess my words are long already.

People that can afford 50 dollars on a pack raw steak definitely don't prepare it in a way that tasteful..
